The first selection stage of the World Watercolour Competition is now over. You were approximately 2,000 artists from 80 countries to take part in the competition.

The significant number of participants shows how much you were involved in this event aiming at highlighting watercolour and watercolour artists throughout the world. We deeply thank you for it.

After the first validation of the registration forms, we are pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed the first selection stage of the World Watercolour Competition organised by the magazine The Art of Watercolour.

As is mentioned in articles 3 and 4 of the terms and regulations, you are now required
to pay 30 euros all taxes inclusive (25.08 euros tax exclusive) for your application to be taken into account for the second selection stage. No other fee will be asked of you later on.

The results of the second selection stage will be sent directly to your private email in February 2014. Please make sure that the email you used for your registration remains valid during the duration of the competition. More information on the competition’s progress will also be published in the magazine The Art of Watercolour.
